WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
Returns for Credit
Goods must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for return and credit:

Returns must be requested within 60 days from the date of our invoice.

Goods must be in original, unused condition and in the original retail packaging.

All authorized returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original invoiced price.

Unauthorized returns will either be returned at the customer’s expense or automatically credited less a 15% restocking fee.

Sample purchases are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization & Shipping

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment.

Goods must be securely packed to prevent damage and clearly marked with the RA number on the outside of the package.

A copy of the packing list or invoice must be included, clearly stating the reason for return.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made vests
-
Imprinted or decorated items
-
Products with a limited shelf life
WARRANTY – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seller warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Seller’s liability under this warranty is limited, at Seller’s option, to:

The net purchase price of the defective product, or
-
The repair or replacement of the defective product.
All warranty claims must be made in writing within 60 days from the date of shipment.
No other warranties apply. No verbal, implied, or additional warranties will be honored.
